Grassroots to Champions Seminar
Registration for the G2C seminar is
SCNC is REALLY excited about this event and pleased we are able to create this opportunity for our skaters. This year we have FOUR coaches from the G2C organization: Ryan Bradley, Chris Conte, Nick Perna and Sheila Thelen!
Registration will begin at 7:15 a.m. All skaters need to be checked in by 7:45 so please arrive no later than 7:30 to allow time for the skaters to put their skates on before the seminar begins. All skaters will be provided with a bottle of water, granola bar and lunch. We will also have a cupcake truck at the rink, so a few dollars for cupcakes and additional snacks or drinks is advised. Please ensure they have a GOOD breakfast - this is a really fun day that your skater will enjoy better if they are rested and ready to go.
The day will consist of both on and off ice classes, so skaters will need a good pair of running shoes for off the ice classes.
We encourage you, due to space limitations, to drop off your skater and return at 4pm for the parents information session. Since we have 4 groups this year we want to make sure we have plenty of room for off ice activities. Information on local restaurants and shopping will be available at the registration desk in the morning.
We look forward to seeing you all bright and early on March 16th. Don't forget to dress in layers and bring GLOVES. The rink will be chilly 1st thing in the morning!
